CORN ETHANOL PRODUCTION

 

The corn ethanol production is composed of the following steps:

  • Grain receiving, storage, cleaning and milling

  • Mashing, sterilization, liquefaction and saccharification

  • Simultaneous saccharification and Fermentation

  • Ethanol distillation

  • Ethanol dehydration

  • Stillage separation, evaporation and by-product(s) drying
